Our two Attics are furnished with gas cookers.

As our Two-room Apartments  as our Suites Apartments are instead furnished with induction cooktops.

Furthermore they are all equipped with :

• dishes, pots, cutlery (there is also a moka available)
• kitchenlinens, dishes soap and tabs for the dishwasher
• bedlinen and towels
• washing machine with soap

• air-conditioning and indipendent heating
• safety deposit box

• city bikes to borrow can be requested, but availability is limited (all responsability regarding their use falls to the users)

Children are welcome.- Up to 3 years €10,00 par night (using the cribs).- One older child or adult in extra bed, €15,00 per person per night .- The maximum number of cots is 2. Times Customer arrival time Check-in from 14:00 to 20:00 Check-out between 08:00 and 10:00 .Animals: 10 euros per day.

• For all those who wish to stay with their pets we will charge 10,00 € per day (please inform us in advance during your booking)
